What to do when the #GEM entry does not initiate the application and I receive the CHECK ACTION CODE error?

Check if GEM is listed in QuickCommands as shown in screen below:

• If yes, type #DELETEPLUGINCACHE and then #RESTART
• If not, install GEM again from this link: http://ftp.galileoczsk.cz/download/gem/gem_current.exe

During the installation, both Galileo Desktop and Smartpoint must be closed.

You may be warned by your antivirus software when downloading the installation file. The file is of course harmless and doesn’t contain any malware or viruses. Ignore the warning and proceed.
