The GRM is a Smartpoint / Galileo Desktop addon that quick and safe refunds tickets.
Download the latest GRM version.
Before installation turn of Smartpoint and Galileo Desktop, please.
Run grm_current.exe from Download directory.
Start the installation with the Install button.
Finish installation with the Close button.
Now you can run GRM from Smartpoint or Galileo Desktop.
The shortcut key is #GRM.
